All orders are shipped for free. Tracking code will be provided. No minimum order needed.

Where are you located?

We are located in California. Our weaving factory is in North Carolina and this is where we ship from.

Do you offer refunds?

As most of our items are personalized, we do not offer returns or refunds. If there is an error or damage with your order, please email us and we will do our best to correct it. Read more on our  Refund Policy page.
